Eric Zimbelman
Mr. Zimbelman has been practicing complex construction, business, commercial and real estate litigation since 1992. He currently practices in the areas of (i) construction litigation, (ii) mechanic’s lien litigation, (iii) real estate litigation, (iv) trusts and estates litigation, (v) employment litigation, (vi) business and commercial litigation, and (vii) general business practice.
Mr. Zimbelman is licensed to practice in Washington and Nevada and has been involved in, among other cases, the Venetien Lien Litigation in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Federal Claims and the Supreme Court of the United States and has been admitted pro hac vice in many state and federal jurisdictions. He has successfully represented his clients in numerous bench trials, jury trials, and arbitrations, and is a frequent speaker on construction, real estate, and litigation topics.
Eric Zimbelman is a 1992 cum laude graduate of the Seattle University School of Law, formerly known as the University of Puget Sound School of Law, and holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Oregon.

Eric serves his community as a volunteer basketball and baseball coach and is president of the View Ridge Swim and Tennis Club in Seattle, Washington.
