John V. Leary Jr. is experienced in representing clients on private, public works and federal construction projects. His focus is primarily in (i) construction law, (ii) real estate, (iii) complex business litigation, and (iv) appellate cases.

Mr. Leary was the Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review, 1986-1987; Founding Member and Associate Editor, Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation, 1986-1987; Law Clerk to the Hon. Alan M. Schwartzman, Idaho District Court, Fourth Judicial District, Boise, Idaho, 1987-1988.
