Geoffery W. Hawkins

Associate Attorney

Geoffrey Hawkins is an associate in the Las Vegas office of Peel Brimley LLP with a focus in business and insurance litigation. He practices in the areas of (i) construction law, (ii) insurance defense, and (iii) sports law.

Mr. Hawkins has extensive experience representing clients in litigation matters ranging from complex insurance issues to federal court litigation. He has deep expertise in construction matters and contract disputes. Mr. Hawkins’ practice also extends to international negotiations and litigation in offices outside of the United States. He consults extensively for the International Sports Agency and handles athlete negotiations for professional sport franchises and marketing corporations.

Mr. Hawkins has been recognized as a leading practitioner in Nevada and is admitted to the District Court of Nevada; U.S. District Court of Nevada, District Court of Wisconsin; and the U.S. Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Hawkins served as a member of Marquette Sports Law Journal and the Marquette Intellectual Property Law. Mr. Hawkins was also awarded a Sports Law Internship with Miller Brewing Company and was a member of the National Sports Law Institute from 1997 to 2000.
