Dallin T. Wayment

Associate Attorney

Joining the firm in August of 2007, Mr. Wayment practices in the areas of (i) labor and employment law, (ii) civil litigation, (iii) construction law, and (iv) mechanic’s liens.

From August of 2006 to August of 2007, Dallin clerked for the Honorable Judge Valerie Adair of the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dallin received his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from the University of Oregon where he was an Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review and school champion in the Moot Court Client Counseling Competition.

Personal

Dallin was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is an avid sports fan and particularly enjoys playing golf, basketball, and football. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
